<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to further improve a radiation property by widening selection of materials usable for frames, in a reflective light-emitting diode lighting device which supports a light-emitting diode on a frame and is arranged to be opposed to a reflecting mirror. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 is provided with a reflecting mirror 4 in a metal case body 5 with thermal conductivity, and a light-emitting diode 2 supported to a frame 3 on a reflective surface 4A side of the reflecting mirror 4. The reflecting mirror 4 and the light-emitting diode 2 are arranged to be opposed each other, and the frame 3 is formed of a high thermal-conductive material and connected to the case body 5. The light-emitting diode 2 is soldered to a mounting base member 13 formed of a high thermal-conductive material and having solder wettability capable of joining the light-emitting diode 2 by melting of solder. The mounting base member 13 is insertion-coupled to the frame 3, and the light-emitting diode 2 is attached to the frame 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
