WORKPIECE HOLDING FRAME AND WORKPIECE HOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece holding frame easy to put on a surface plate and capable of reducing wastes in manufacture, and a workpiece holder using the same.

SOLUTION: The workpiece holding frame includes at least two sets of pairs of straight split frame members 6 and 7; and 8 and 9. One of the sets of the split frame members 6 and 7 have positioning holes 12 respectively fitting with a plurality of positioning pins 16 protruding from the surface plate. Protruding or recessed couplings 13 and 14 for coupling one of sets of split frame members 6 and 7 with the other set of members 8 and 9 for constituting holding recesses 15 for holding a workpiece are formed respectively at both ends of each of the frame members 6-9.
