摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor controller which can smoothly recover a brushless DC motor to normal operation, even if a DC power supply mounted on a vehicle has a problem such as power failure or the like for a short time, and an electric motor apparatus equipped with the rotor controller. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor controller 11 includes a hole element 14a which detects the magnetic pole position of a rotor provided to a brushless DC motor 14, a CPU 13 which controls the rotation of the rotor based on the magnetic pole position information from the hole element 14a, and a voltage detection circuit 16 which detects the voltage value of the power of the power supply supplied to the CPU 13 from the vehicle DC power supply 2 mounted to the vehicle. The rotor controller further includes a regenerative connecting on/off means 17 which electrically cuts off the vehicle DC power supply 2 from the CPU 13 when the voltage detection circuit 16 detects that the voltage value is lower than a specified value.
