<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member that excels in light utilization efficiency with small optical loss and that improves front luminance while a viewing angle is controlled with one optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: An incident side 30A is structured with a light scattering part 34 comprising a plurality of light scatterers 3402 that extend like a belt in parallel to each other and that are for efficiently guiding light to a light emitting side 30B, and including a plurality of openings 3404 that are formed in the absence of the light scatterers 3402 therebetween and that extend like a belt in parallel to each other. The light emitting side 30B is composed of a light control part 31 including a plurality of unit lenses 3102 extending like a belt.
