<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic output characteristic generation system capable of previously avoiding design likely to cause a problem by calculating an index for deciding whether or not an output from a magnetic tape is normally outputted by a designed image in a design stage. <P>SOLUTION: In this magnetic output characteristic generation system, density image information that is density information showing the shading of the designed image printed on a magnetic card is stored, reference density image information that is the density information of an image that is a reference and ink magnetic output reduction information that is information about a reduction value of a magnetic output outputted from the magnetic card printed with the image of the reference density image information are associated with each other and stored, the density image information is read, the associated and stored reference density image information and ink magnetic output reduction information are read, and the reduction value of the magnetic output outputted from the magnetic card when the read density image information is printed is calculated based on the read reference density image information and ink magnetic output reduction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
