<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inhibit passage even when a person having no ticket quickly moves. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic ticket gate device is provided with a decision means for setting a non-ticket decision point P2 in a passage 61, and for deciding that a user has no ticket based on the detection of the arrival of the user decided to be non-boarding medium holder by a decision means to the non-ticket decision point P2 and a measurement means for measuring the moving speed of the user discriminated to be a non-boarding medium holder by the discrimination means toward the non-ticket decision point P2 based on the location data of the user detected by the location detection means.
