<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that makes it possible to simplify a drive mechanism for an ejection member used to normally or reversely rotate the ejection member. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 10 comprises: an image forming apparatus main body 12; an image forming section 14 disposed in the image forming apparatus main body 12 and used to form an image on a recording medium; an ejection member 48 for ejecting the recording medium on which the image is formed by the image forming section 14; a drive source assembly 54 having a drive source for rotating the ejection member normally or reversely; and a double-sided printing assembly 56 by which the recording medium pulled back by the reverse rotation of the ejection member 48 is inverted and returned to the image forming section 14. The drive source assembly 54 and the double-sided printing assembly 56 are separately and freely attached to or detached from the image forming apparatus main body 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
