PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic imaging apparatus capable of enhancing resolution in reproducing display to the maximum while suppressing the deterioration of communication response. SOLUTION: The electronic imaging apparatus includes an image reproduction means (a system control part 20 and a liquid crystal panel display part 25), an incidental information transmission means (a communication control part 30) for transmitting the incidental information related to image reproduction, a reproduction image data receiving means (the communication control part 30) for receiving the reproduction image data processed to be suitable for reproduction on an external device 400 based on the incidental information, and a reproduction image data transferring means (the system control part 20) for transferring the received reproduction image data to a display memory.
