PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device with a plurality of paper storing means capable of determining an output order of paper and presence or absence of lack of paper without deteriorating efficiency of an image forming process for the paper in the case of switching the paper storing means of a storing part in accordance with the paper to be output. SOLUTION: In the image processing device having the plurality of paper storing means for switching the paper storing means of a storing part in accordance with the paper to be output, a stacker for storing the paper is determined for each sheet of paper output from a paper output part and an order to be stored in the stacker is calculated for each sheet of paper by a storing order calculation part and managed by using a management list with a number of each stacker in which a sheet of paper is stored. Each time a sheet of paper is output from the paper output part, an output order inspection process for inspecting that the output paper is stored in the stacker determined by the calculated storing order.
