PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning mechanism of a working truck capable of mainly preventing an index plate from being brought into contact with a rail. SOLUTION: The positioning mechanism of the working truck comprises a rail 2a for guiding the travel of the working truck 1, an index block 4 arranged on the rail 2a, and an index plate 3 which is provided on the working truck 1, and engaged with the index block 4 to position the working truck 1. When the working truck 1 travels, the index plate 3 is evacuated from the rail 2a so as not be engaged with the index block 4.
