PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve greatly handleability of a timepiece having various functions. SOLUTION: A multifunctional timepiece 1, having functions for alarm setting or electric wave correction, is equipped with a dial display panel 4 as a display part capable of displaying function information, and thereby can fully display a concrete operation explanation or functional information, such as operation state/setting state on the dial display panel 4. As a result, a user can easily operate relative to various functions and can easily understand the state of operation or setting. Namely, since careful reading of instruction manual or being accustomedness to the operation is not required, handleability of the multifunctional timepiece 1 be made to improve can be significantly. High convenience is also realized, since the time display which is a main function of the timepiece 1 is performed continuously on the dial display panel 4, from normal state through state of functional display.
