PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the temperature of a cooled object cooled in a storage, in a refrigerating device 20 where a cooling state for cooling the inside of the storage is switched to a stop state for stopping the cooling inside of the storage when the temperature inside of the storage reaches a prescribed temperature. SOLUTION: A target superheating degree is set to a prescribed value in a first state that a detection value of an inside temperature detecting means 15 is higher than a prescribed reference temperature value higher than a prescribed cooling judgement value, and the target superheating degree is set to a value to reduce a cooling capacity obtained in an evaporator 33 in comparison with a case when the target superheating degree is the set value in the first state, in a second state that the detection value of the inside temperature detecting means 15 is lower than the reference temperature value.
