PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by remarkably reducing the number of parts and the number of man-hours for assembly, and secure safety and reliability by reducing the size and enhancing the durability of an entire pinch mechanism part and easily and quickly attaching and detaching an elastic tube. SOLUTION: This pinch valve comprises an electromagnetic solenoid part 2 and a pinch mechanism part 3 displaced by the electromagnetic solenoid part 2, at least closing the elastic tube T allowing a fluid to flow therein at the first position Xf by pressing it down for closing a flow passage R, and opening the flow passage R at the second position Xs by releasing the pressing down of the elastic tube T. The pinch valve has one or more stopper parts 4a, 4a at least allowing the entry and exit of the elastic tube T from the radial direction Fd for the elastic tube T and restraining the position of the elastic tube T set at the loading positions Xa, 4a of the pinch mechanism 3.
