PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive gauze bandage to be used on skin, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive gauze bandage to be used on skin comprises a high polymer film 2 having a first surface S1 to face the skin of a user, and a second surface S2 on the other side. The first surface S1 defines a first area to receive application of at least one composition layer 3 formed of at least one adhesive element and at least one hydrophilic colloidal element. At least one segment of a porous high polymer film 4 and 5 is coupled to the composition layer 3 applied to the first area, and the segment of the high polymer film is substantially smaller than the first area.
