A frame mask assembly for an organic light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent deterioration of accuracy of a mask when manufacturing a large-area display device by adhering the mask after dividing the mask into a plurality of parts. A frame mask assembly(200) for an organic light emitting device includes a frame(220), at least one groove(H), an iron core(250), and a mask(210). The groove is formed on the frame. The iron core is attached inside the groove. The mask is located on the frame and the iron core and attached by being divided on the frame with respect to the iron core. The groove has the same diameter as the iron core. The iron core has a cylindrical or polygonal shape. |
