An electric and human-powered rail bike is provided to improve efficiency of bike service by enabling a user to use a human power at an even or a downhill rail and an electromotive force at an uphill rail selectively according to one's necessity. An electric and human-powered rail bike includes: rail wheels(140) connected by an axle on front and rear parts of a chassis(110); plural seats formed on the upper side of the chassis; a driving unit having a crank pedal(150) for generating a drive power by a human power, and a chain(152) for transferring a power of the crank pedal to a driven sprocket(131) of the axle; and a braking unit for braking drive of the rail wheels. The driving unit has a motor(160) having a decelerator, a chain(162), and a control box(190) for controlling the motor. The braking unit has a brake disk, a hydraulic brake pad, a hydraulic plate(174), a hydraulic tank(175), and a brake lever(170). |
