A flat panel display is provided to prevent a malfunction of a display by enhancing the yield of production and reliability. A pixel member(320) is formed on a substrate(310). A pad member is located on the substrate, connected with the pixel member electrically and transmits the driving signal. The pad member includes data pads or scan pads arranged by plural rows. The pad member is located at a side or both sides of the substrate. A connection member is formed on a partial area of the flat panel display and includes a lead member. The lead member includes leads connected with the data pads or scan pads electrically. The lead member is located at the side of both sides of the connection member. The pads of the pad members are connected with the pixel member through lines. The leads of the lead member are connected with a driving circuit member through lead lines. A portion of the lead lines is arranged at the first surface of the connection member and the remnant is arranged at the second surface opposite to the first surface. |
