摘要 A throttle body structure is provided to increase the RPM of an engine and generate power even right after a vehicle is restarted after start-off by installing a negative pressure line and a check valve between an actuator and an intake manifold so that a start motor is rotated in response to a restart signal and thus negative pressure generated by a piston stroke restores the actuator. A throttle body structure includes a throttle valve, a vacuum actuator(3), a vacuum pump(9), a solenoid valve(7) mounted on a vacuum line(11,13) which connects the vacuum pump with the vacuum actuator, a return spring which opens or closes the throttle valve by manipulating the vacuum actuator, and an electric control unit(5) which detects a start-off state to operate the solenoid valve. The throttle body structure serves to reduce the vibration of an engine, which is generated by combustion using air drawn during start-off. The throttle body structure further includes a negative pressure line(23,25) which is connected at one end thereof to the vacuum actuator, an intake manifold(21) which is installed at an end of the negative pressure line, and a check valve(19) which is provided on the negative pressure line to be installed between the vacuum actuator and the intake manifold. Thereby, even right after a vehicle is restarted after start-off, the RPM of the engine is increased, so that power is generated.
