A power train of an automatic transmission is provided to facilitate skip up-shifting and skip down-shifting by reducing the number of frictional members engaged or released in a skip shifting process. A first planetary carrier(PC1) is fixedly connected to a second planetary carrier(PC2). A first sun gear(S1) is operated as a first operational member, and a second sun gear(S2) is operated as a second operational member. At least one of the fixedly connected first planetary carrier and second planetary carrier is operated as a third operational member, a first ring gear(R1) is operated as a fourth operational member, and a second ring gear(R2) is operated as a fifth operational member. A third ring gear(R3) is fixedly connected to a fourth planetary carrier(PC4), and a third planetary carrier(PC3) is fixedly connected to a fourth ring gear(R4). The third sun gear is operated as a sixth operational member, and at least one of the fixedly connected third planetary carrier and fourth ring gear is operated as a seventh operational member. A fourth sun gear(S4) is operated as an eighth operational member, and at least one of the fixedly connected third ring gear and fourth planetary carrier is operated as a ninth operational member.
