<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone by which convergence of telephone communication which may occur when a natural disaster occurs can be suppressed and general users of portable telephones can get opportunities of transmission of calls or mails almost equally and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The portable telephone is provided with an emergency warning broadcast receiving part 1 which receives emergency warning broadcast, a restriction information storing part 3 which stores restriction information for restricting the use of communication and a communication control part 4 which restricts outgoing calls according to a restriction period and outgoing probability as restriction information which is provided from the restriction information storing part 3 when the emergency warning broadcast receiving part 1 receives emergency warning broadcast. Occurrence of convergence of telephone communication in a portable telephone network is restricted for a predetermined restriction period and with a predetermined outgoing probability and outgoing opportunities are got equally and more efficiently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
