<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode film which is a member for obtaining an electrode with large capacitance, to provide the electrode with large capacitance equipped with the electrode film, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode film consists of carbon particles and inorganic particles, wherein the carbon particles are tied with the inorganic particles. In the electrode, the electrode film is laminated on a collector. The method for manufacturing the electrode, in which the electrode film is laminated on the collector, comprises a step of forming a dispersion liquid film by applying, to the collector, a dispersion liquid which contains the carbon particles and the inorganic particles distributed in a liquid medium; and a step of forming an electrode film which consists of the carbon particles and the inorganic particles by removing the liquid medium from the dispersion liquid film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
