<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize bearing performance by increasing the strength of fixing a bearing sleeve to a housing. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid bearing device 1 comprises the housing 7 and the bearing sleeve 8 secured to the inner periphery of the housing 7.
