PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatograph system capable of eliminating a deviation of a measuring result caused by a machine difference. SOLUTION: The eluting solution arrival time T of a liquid chromatograph is preliminarily calculated. The eluting solution arrival time T is the arrival time of the eluting solution mixed by a pump to a detector. When the liquid chromatograph is operated, the injection of a sample in the eluting solution is started when the time corresponding to the eluting solution arrival time T is elapsed from the start of the sending of a gradient liquid. After a predetermined time is elapsed from the start of the injection of the sample in the eluting solution, the collection of the data outputted from the detector is started.
