PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a necessary channel as a priority channel in a situation where an incoming signal is actually detected in past scanning reception. SOLUTION: The scanning receiver counts the number of times or reception time of incoming calls per reception channel during a predetermined time or the predetermined number of times of scanning cycles, and automatically sets a priority channel while referring to the past reception history.
