PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring jitters capable of carrying out timing measurement and jitter measurement at a reduced electric power consumption by a relatively small circuit scale. SOLUTION: This apparatus for measuring jitters is provided with a voltage comparing part for comparing a voltage output from an object to be tested with a plurality of preset voltages to output respective comparison results; a latch part for latching the respective comparison results output from the voltage comparing part at strobe signal input timings to output respective latch results; an integrating part for integrating the respective latch results output from the latch part to find the frequency distribution; and a control part for finding jitter values, based on the frequency distribution obtained by outputting the third strobe signal obtained, based on the first and second strobe signals that differ respectively in the timings.
