PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe thermal insulation device capable of quickly coating, by an easy operation, the outer peripheral surface of a bent pipe extending through a curved through hole formed in a wall, and capable of preventing heat from being conducted to the inner wall of the through hole. SOLUTION: This pipe thermal insulation device 1 comprises ring cylindrical bodies 10 capable of coating the entire outer circumferential surface of the bent pipe 9 for thermal insulation and connectable to and disconnectable from each other in the pipe longitudinal direction. The ring cylindrical bodies are formed of thermal insulation panels 2 connectable to and disconnectable from each other in the pipe circumferential direction. A rotating body allowed to come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bent pipe 9 and rotatable in the longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral surface is installed on the inner surface of the thermal insulation panel 2. The ring cylindrical body 10 is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the bent pipe 9.
