PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker attached with a disposable plate which can be easily treated without setting fire to oil or the like generated from a heating object. SOLUTION: The disposable plate 7 is made of a material having good heat conduction such as aluminum. For allowing small difference in temperature between a receptacle plate 5 to be detected by a receptacle plate temperature detector 6 and the disposable plate 7, the disposable plate is stuck closely to the upper bottom of the receptacle plate 5, fitted between the leg of a net 2 and the side wall of the receptacle plate 5, and formed in a shape having a handle being not in close contact with the receptacle plate 5. When the temperature detected by the receptacle plate temperature detector 6 reaches a temperature for igniting oil, a controller lowers the output of a heating element, thereby the oil generated from the heating object is received in the disposable plate without setting fire to the oil.
