摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a realization/a scheduling method of mechanical surface condition control of metal for relaxing crack occurrence or crack growth. SOLUTION: The scheduling method of surface condition control is employed using two or more workers in order to reduce the generation rate of crack occurrence or crack growth in a boiling water reactor. Two or more work zones are specified in the annulus area 14 of the flange of a nuclear reactor vessel. Two or more work zones are specified in the core area 16 of the nuclear reactor vessel. One of the workers is allocated to each work zone of the annulus area. One of the workers is allocated to each work zone of the core area. The workers execute the surface condition control in the areas of the nuclear reactor vessel accessible from their respective work zones so as to complete the surface condition control method within 30 days.
