The universal connection device (1) comprises mechanically tensile and arrested strips, which are placed around a section of a pipe (7), a bar or such a device. A contact body (2) has a U-shape at one end, where lateral U-pieces have a deviation. The U pieces are approached the surface progression of the pipe or the bar. The contact body is placed with one end in an insulation part that is designed as laterally enclosing housing (6).
