A method of face to face as well as mediated conferencing of a plurality of buyers and sellers of ideas, services, or intellectual property in order to promote the development thereof by trading a portion of the rights to said ideas, services, or intellectual property is disclosed. The method comprises: communicating the conference to a plurality of potential innovation seekers; presenting the ideas of the innovator or their representative; negotiating either face to face or via technological mediation between the innovator and at least one of the local or distanced online innovation seekers; and, concluding the sum or like support invested by at least one innovation seeker and the rights that the innovation seeker receives in return. An interactive TV game and business method based on the above is disclosed.
