A blow-by gas collecting apparatus for preventing accumulation of carbon is provided to improve the endurance of an engine by preventing carbon accumulation phenomenon in a piston through removing impurities accumulated in a valve stem seal. A blow-by gas collecting apparatus for preventing accumulation of carbon comprises a one-way valve(4) and a solenoid valve(6). The one-way valve supplies negative pressure through a vacuum hose connected with an intake manifold of an engine. The solenoid valve is installed at a blow-by gas supply hose. A vacuum chamber(8) is connected with the one-way valve and the solenoid valve to store the negative pressure and blow-by gas. A gas chamber(10) is separated by a partition in the vacuum chamber and has a pressure sensor. A chamber solenoid valve(12) is installed at the partition to prevent the blow-by gas from being introduced to the gas chamber.
