An easy-to-use low frequency generating poultice is provided to concentrate medicinal components on a wet pad and low frequency physical therapy to a painful diseased part, while protecting the skin of a user. A low frequency generating poultice(50) comprises: an adhesive cloth(52); a wet pad(54); a release paper(56); and a low frequency generator(70) that is pinned to an arbitrary position of the poultice as a tack by removable left and right side push pins(80a,80b). The low frequency generator includes a body(70a), and an on/off button(70b), an up/down button(70c), and a signal part(70d) installed at regular intervals on the top face of the body. Cathode and anode terminals are built in the body, and through-holes(70g,70h) are formed at the bottom face of the body, such that the push pins pass through the holes and are connected to the cathode and anode terminals, respectively.
