A lift system is provided to prevent unbalance of a lift caused by a specific suspension by improving a structure of the lift. A lift system includes a lower lift unit(K1), an upper lift unit(K2), a common weight(12), supporting units(TA,TB), and a driving unit. The supporting units support the lower lift unit and the upper lift unit, and consist of a first supporting unit strand and a second supporting unit strand. The first supporting unit strand has first and second ends. The second supporting unit strand has first and second ends. The driving unit is arranged on a hoistway(11), drives the lower lift unit and the upper lift unit, and includes first, second, third, and fourth driving pulleys(13.A1,13.A2,13.B1,13.B2). The first and second driving pulleys are interlocked with the first supporting unit strand. The third and fourth driving pulleys are interlocked with the second supporting unit strand.
