A traction control valve equipped with a leak-proof check valve is provided to obtain a desired operational reactivity in a low-pressure control of a TCV(Traction Control System) by setting a check valve in a pressure-rise path formed separately from a main flow path. A traction control valve equipped with a leak-proof check valve comprises a plunger(2) having a contact end(2a), a valve body(3), a plunger seat(4) accommodated in a chamber(3d) of the valve body, a supporting member(5) inserted into the valve body, a spring(7) for supporting between the plunger and the plunger seat, a main plunger valve(6), a low-pressure check valve(8) and a front filter(9). The valve body has a main fluid supply hole(3e) formed in a circumferential direction, a main-flow path formed by the plunger and a pressure-rise(8d) in parallel to the main-flow path.
