A parking brake using an internal air removal type ball-in ramp brake caliper in a vehicle is provided to facilitate assembling work of a caliper and a cartridge assembly by fixing the cartridge assembly to the caliper at the outside of the caliper. A parking brake using an internal air removal type ball-in ramp brake caliper in a vehicle comprises a driving operation part, a caliper housing(4), a cartridge assembly(7), a pad abrasion correction part(6) coupled to the output ramp and a retainer(20). The caliper housing includes a hydraulic pressure chamber(4a), a BIR chamber(4b) and an inlet chamber(4c) passing through a retainer fixing end(4d). The cartridge assembly includes a driving operation input unit(14), a ball formed at an input ramp(9) in the BIR chamber, and an output ramp(11) disposed in opposition to the input ramp. The retainer protrudes toward the retainer fixing end to be fixed to a rod(9a) of the input ramp.
