<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for switching the communication status so that the communication status desired by a user can match the actual communication status. <P>SOLUTION: The communication switching system 100 is a communication switching system for switching the communication status between an on-vehicle communication device 10 and each of cellular phones 12 and another communication device 22 via an external communication management system 200.
