<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device that excellently cools a CPU while improving heat dissipation efficiency of a heat sink by removing dust accumulated between respective heat-dissipating fins in the heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation rate of a CPU 30 is low (during start-up or during a processing waiting state), a cooling fan 3 is reversely rotated in a direction opposite to a normal rotation direction.
