<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information carrier or the like which a content provider can set a term of use of the content, can be used as a general-purpose memory after the term of use, and is inexpensive in bit cost. <P>SOLUTION: The information carrier is provided with; a memory cell array; a bit line decoder connected to a bit line of the memory cell array; a word line decoder connected to a word line of the memory cell array; a bit line system amplifier connected to the bit line decoder; a word line system amplifier connected to the word line decoder; a semiconductor time switch which is bridged or clamped between the bit line system amplifier and the bit line decoder and performs time management of access between the bit line amplifier and the bit line decoder with non-power supply; a time switch initialization means to set up operation time of the semiconductor time switch; and a controller which has an input-output terminal which is connected with the bit line system amplifier and the word line system amplifier, controls them and delivers and receives input-output signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
