PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing rotator having high durability which has composition, where thermal conductivity is higher than a normal fixing rotator in the direction orthogonally crossing the rotational direction in parallel with the outer peripheral surface, and occurrence of cracks is prevented, when it is used over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The fixing rotator has an organic material containing matrix member; and an organic material, containing thermal conductive layer 20 which is arranged to form the interfaces together with the matrix member, are higher in thermal conductivity than the matrix member, and are provided to continue in a direction that orthogonally crosses the rotational direction in parallel, at least to the outer peripheral surface 10.
