PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To image an inspection object from an optional angle with only one imaging means. SOLUTION: This inspection object conveying device 30 for use in a visual inspection system 1 visually inspecting the inspection object 2 based on imaging information which images the approximately cylindrical inspection object by the imaging means 40, conveys the inspection object to cross an inspection area imaged by the imaging means 40. The inspection object conveying device 30 has a pair of spiral bar members provided in parallel to cross the inspection area and to form a conveyance groove 31f preventing a fall of the inspection object 2, and a turning means 32 turning each of the pair of spiral bar members in the same direction. The pair of spiral bar members are arranged in the shifted state of mutual spiral pitches so that the inspection object 2 moves in the conveying groove 31f while rotating in a predetermined conveying direction.
