PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction by improving assembling workability and to surely prevent corrosion problem. SOLUTION: A liquid container 10 includes an inner and an outer container 11, 18, and disposed with a pipe member 44 which partitions an inlet passage for making a liquid flow in and an outlet passage for making it flow out, and a flow regulating plate 27 which is disposed in the inlet passage to suppress mixing of a stored liquid with a flow-in liquid. In this liquid container 10, on the outer periphery of the inner container 11 or the liquid flow regulating plate 27, there are provided recessed parts 28, 53, 58 that are depressed outward or inward. Simultaneously, on the outer periphery of the liquid flow regulating plate 27 or the inner container 11, counter projections 14, 54, 57 are provided that are concavely and convexly fitted to the recessed parts 28, 53, 58. Otherwise, on the outer periphery of the inner container 11, engaging parts 59, 62 are provided, which prevent movement of the liquid flow regulating plate 27 toward a closed face 16b oppositely facing a first mouth part 13.
