A rotary-type barbecue device is provided to reduce installation space for roasting more meat and make the meat evenly roasted by rotating skewers carrying meat in vertical direction while allowing each skewer to rotate, and make the meat smoke flavored by placing a brazier below the skewers. A rotary-type barbecue device(1) comprises a brazier(10), a body(20), a support frame(30), a pair of support plates(40), upper and lower rotary shafts(50,51), a pair of driving chains(65), a skewer(70), and a rotary unit(85). The brazier whose upper side is open, comprises a plurality of firebricks(11), and an ash receiver(12) removable within a lower side of the firebricks. The body with a predetermined height, is vertically installed on an upper periphery of the brazier, comprising a clear glass door through which the inside can be seen from outside, and a roof on the upper side. The support frame disposed within the body is vertically jointed to opposite ends of upper side of the brazier. The support plates, each assembled to the support frame on the opposite side with a predetermined space therebetween by a fastener(35), are respectively installed above the upper end of the brazier. The upper and lower rotary shafts are rotatably installed penetrating upper and lower sides of the support plates, wherein one of which receives torque from a driving motor. The driving chains are disposed between the support plates and support frame, engaging with each sprocket(60,61) assembled to opposite ends of the upper and lower rotary shafts. The skewer is horizontally connected to the driving chains, and provided in plural along a periphery of the driving chains. The rotary unit is installed on one end of the upper and lower rotary shafts for simultaneously rotating the skewers. |
