COLOR THIN-FILM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A color thin film and method for manufacturing the same are provided to realize a metallic silver color by using silicon. A color thin film comprises a polymer film(110), a silicon film(210) and a protection film(310). The silicon film is obtained by depositing pure silicon or a doped silicon relative to one side of the silicon film. The doped silicon is obtained by doping silicon with conductive substances including group III or V. The protection film prevents the silicon film from being hardened and equalizes light transmittance. The deposition thickness of silicon is about 0.01 to 1.00 micrometers. The conductive substances is doped into the silicon at a doping density of 0.5% or below.
