A hair rooting tool (10) in which wires are hardly visible and knots scarcely come untied and which is excellent in volume and can elevate the degree of freedom in hair styling, wherein each hair (12) is wound twice around a rib (11b) constituting a rooting frame (11) in one side (12a) and then once in the other side (12b) to thereby tie up. The hair thus rooted is lifted on the rib in one side (12a), while it is tied and horizontally extended along the rib (11b) in the other side (12b). Owing to this constitution, a hair flow is formed on multiple ribs (11b) in the longitudinal direction thereof. As a result, the ribs (11b) are covered and become hardly visible.
