A weather strip of a door for a vehicle is provided to prevent noise and influx of wind by additionally installing a third weather strips at a lower part of a door having double weather strip sealing structure. A weather strip of a door for a vehicle comprises a first weather strip(10), a second weather strip(20), and a third weather strip(100). The first weather strip is installed at a bent part between a door inner pane(30) and a vehicle body outer panel(40). The second weather strip is placed on the first weather strip. The third weather strip is assembled to a lower bent part between the door inner panel and the vehicle body outer panel. The third weather strip is assembled to the door inner panel by an assembling member.
