A nose-up system for a vehicle to improve collision performance is provided to allow a distance measuring sensor to detect an object in the front of the vehicle to expand an actuator when collision with another vehicle is predicted. A noise-up system includes a distance measuring sensor(110), a magnetic spring(140), an actuator(130), and a controller(120). The distance measuring sensor is mounted in a front end of a vehicle(100). The magnetic spring is mounted on a lower arm(210) of a front wheel(230) of the vehicle. The controller is connected to the distance measuring sensor and the actuator. The controller receives information about a distance from an object(300) measured by the distance measuring sensor to predict the collision with the object. The controller controls the actuator to expand the magnetic spring according to the prediction result, so that the front end of the vehicle is lifted.
