A sub frame bracket of a vehicle is provided to reduce development time and a cost by changing mounting point of a suspension link to the sub frame. A sub frame bracket of a vehicle comprises a bracket plate(5), a mounting guide(11), a tuning plate(17), and an assembling nut(19). The bracket plate placed on a sub frame(1), and has a mounting base hole to mount a suspension link. The mounting base hole is larger than a conventional mounting base hole. The mounting guide has a same shaped through hole as the mounting base hole and assembled to the bracket plate to be overlapped on the mounting base hole. The mounting guide has a plurality of stud bolts(9) at one side. The tuning plate has a bolt hole where the stud bolts are inserted, and connected with the mounting base hole and the through hole. The tuning plate has a testing mounting hole mounting the suspension link. The assembling nut assembled to the stud bolt, and fixes the tuning plate to the mounting guide.
