WASTES INCINERATION DEVICE

A fluidized bed chamber of an incinerator is provided to improve flow of suspended sand which peels off the combusted surface of waste and to improve efficiency of combustion. A fluidized bed chamber(10a) of an incinerator has a housing case(10) which has an inlet pipe(15) at a side of upper portion of the chamber for supplying waste into the fluidized bed chamber and an outlet pipe(17) at the other side of upper portion of the chamber for discharging fly ash of waste, a feeder which is connected to the inlet to supply waste to the fluidized bed chamber through the inlet, an air supply unit(30) which is installed horizontally to charging sections(13) and supplies high pressure air into the fluidized bed chamber, a heat generation unit(50) which is connected to a connecting pipe(19) at lower portion of the fluidized bed chamber to heat the suspended sand(11) and to raise temperature in the housing up to the temperature enough to incinerate waste, branched pipes(70) which are extended upward from the air supply unit to deliver high pressure air into the housing case, and nozzles which are inserted to branched pipes and inject high pressure air delivered in the housing case to sand in the charging sections to make the sand be suspended.
