A water tank having a level indicating apparatus is provided to have a stable sealing structure by improving a structure of a watertight packing, and to prevent deformation or damage of an assembly part of the apparatus though vibration or impact applies to a part where the apparatus is installed. A water tank includes a level indicating apparatus(20) having a check window(22) installed on an outer frame, and a watertight packing(30) connected between the check window and the outer frame. The watertight packing comprises an inside flange(32) connected to the end frame of the outer frame and the check window by being positioned inside the outer frame and the check window, an outside flange(34) integrally formed on the inside flange by a connection part and connected to the end frame of the outside of the outer frame and the check window, a recess formed to be opened in both side directions based on the connection part between the inside and outside flanges, and an air hole(38) formed on the inside of the connection part.
