<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication processing system, an authentication processing method and an authentication processing program for further safely and surely authenticating an individual. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 20 which receives a password generation request from a cellular phone terminal 10 specifies a user, and records a first challenge code. The management server 20 generates a second challenge code and generates a one-time password using it. When the uniqueness of the one-time password can be secured, the management server 20 records the one-time password and transmits the second challenge code to the terminal 10. The terminal 10 generates and outputs the one-time password. A log-in request containing data for the challenge code and the one-time password is then transmitted to the management server 20 by use of a client terminal 15.
